Inspired by her personal experiences with neurologic and orthopedic injuries as a high-level athlete, she became a physician to care for athletes, exercisers, and anyone motivated to improve their neurologic health and function.

She is a board-certified neurologist, with unique fellowship training in Sports Neurology and Interventional Pain Medicine. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Orthopedics at Emory, where she practices both Sports Neurology and Non-Operative Spine.
